The Project is carried out within the Neighbourhood Programme Lithuania – Poland – Kaliningrad Oblast of Russian Federation INTERREG IIIA/TACIS that support in the cross-border cooperation. The actions within the programme framework are financed from the European Fund for Regional Development and Programme TACIS.
